Refund / Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Policy applies to paid services from Bee Too Media Solution, including Meta Ads / Google Ads management plans, website / landing page projects, SEO, social, branding, e-commerce support, and consulting — as confirmed in your proposal, invoice, WhatsApp confirmation, or written agreement.

Service packages and starting prices are listed on /pricing.

2. Service fees vs advertising spend

• Our service / management fees (e.g. ₹10,000 / 1 month ads, ₹20,000 / 3 months ads, website from ₹5,000, custom quotes) are paid to Bee Too for strategy, setup, creatives direction, reporting, and delivery.
• Advertising / media spend on Google Ads or Meta is paid by you to those platforms. Platform spend is not refundable by Bee Too.

3. Ads plans (1 month / 3 months)

• Cancel before kickoff (no campaign build / account work started): unused management fee may be refunded after written request.
• After kickoff / campaign work has started: fees for the active paid period are generally non-refundable.
• For 3-month plans, early cancellation does not automatically refund unused future months unless agreed in writing; credit toward other Bee Too services may be offered at our discretion.

4. Website & project work

• Website projects start from ₹5,000; final quote depends on scope.
• Milestone payments for completed work (design, development, launch) are non-refundable.
• If you cancel mid-project, you pay for completed milestones; unused prepaid amounts for undelivered milestones may be refunded or credited as agreed in writing.

5. When refunds may apply

• Cancellation before kickoff with no paid work started
• We cannot deliver the agreed scope due to reasons within our reasonable control, and no written alternative is agreed
• Duplicate / accidental payment for the same invoice (excess amount only)

Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after confirmation (bank / UPI timelines may vary).

6. Non-refundable items

• Work already delivered (live websites, launched campaigns, reports, creatives handed over)
• Active / consumed retainer or ads-plan period after kickoff
• Third-party costs (domain, hosting, stock assets, plugins, tools) once purchased
• Google / Meta / other platform media
• Dissatisfaction with results alone — outcomes are not guaranteed (see Terms & Conditions)

7. How to cancel or request a refund

Email support@beetoomediasolution.in (or WhatsApp the same details) with:

• Your name / business name
• Invoice or payment reference
• Service purchased (Ads 1 month / 3 months / Website / other)
• Reason for cancellation or refund request

We will review and reply with approval, partial credit, or a reasoned decline.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us first to resolve billing issues. Unfounded chargebacks for delivered work may lead to suspension of services and recovery of costs as permitted by law.
