2. Acceptance

By using this website, submitting a form, chatting with Bee Too AI, or hiring our services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund / Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

3. Services

Services are delivered as described on our site and confirmed in writing (proposal, invoice, WhatsApp confirmation, or agreement), which may include:

• Meta Ads / Google Ads campaign setup, management, and optimization
• Website and landing page design / development
• SEO & Local SEO, Social Media, Branding, E-commerce
• Consultation, audit, creatives direction, and reporting

4. Pricing & fees (indicative)

Published starting prices (management / project fees) are:

• Meta Ads or Google Ads: ₹10,000 for 1 month · ₹20,000 for 3 months (one platform unless otherwise agreed)
• Website: from ₹5,000 minimum; maximum depends on client scope (pages, design, features, e-commerce, content)
• Other services (SEO, Social, Branding, etc.): quoted after understanding requirements

Final fees, deliverables, timelines, and payment milestones are confirmed before kickoff. Prices shown on this site include 18% GST, and a GST invoice is issued for every payment.

5. Platform media vs our fees

Unless written otherwise, platform media is paid by you directly to Google, Meta, or other platforms. Our fee is for strategy, setup, management, creatives direction, and reporting — not platform media. Platform billing, payment methods, and account ownership remain your responsibility unless we expressly manage billing with written consent.

6. No guaranteed results

Advertising, SEO, and growth outcomes vary by niche, offer, marketing investment, competition, creatives, landing page quality, seasonality, and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific inquiry counts, sales, ROAS, or search rankings. We commit to professional execution, honest communication, and transparent reporting.

7. Platform policies & client content

You must provide accurate business information, offers, pricing, and creatives. You remain responsible for product/service claims and compliance with Google Ads, Meta, and applicable laws. We may pause or decline work that risks policy violations, misleading claims, or prohibited categories.

8. Payments & billing

Fees and schedules are confirmed before work begins. Late or failed payment may pause campaigns or deliverables. Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund / Cancellation Policy.

9. Client responsibilities

• Provide timely access (ad accounts, domains, content, approvals)
• Share truthful brand / offer information
• Fund platform media on time where campaigns are live
• Review and approve creatives / pages within agreed timelines

10. Intellectual property

Pre-existing Bee Too tools, frameworks, and site content remain ours. Final client-paid deliverables (e.g. approved website files, ad creatives made for you) are licensed / transferred as stated in your agreement after full payment. You may not copy this website's design or content without permission.

11. Website use & Bee Too AI

Website content is informational. Do not misuse forms, chat, or inquiry tools for spam or abuse. Bee Too AI is an assistant for guidance; final commercial terms are confirmed by our team in writing.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bee Too Media Solution is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, or platform account suspensions caused by client content, policy issues, third-party platforms, or factors outside our reasonable control. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to fees paid to us for that engagement in the preceding 3 months, except where law requires otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the revised Terms.
